Directions of use
Step 1: Tear open the sachet
Step 2: Empty the sachet contents into a cup
Step 3: Pour boiling water into the cup and stir till the contents have dissolved 
Step 4: Add sugar or milk for taste
Within 30 minutes of consuming your body should start reacting and be ready for action.
